Delia Smith's Cookery Site. Her recipe for chicken curry (pictured opposite) is particularly fine. However, I find that she always underestimates the amount of curry powder required. Other than that small modification, the recipe is gives great results with relatively few ingredients.

A useful set of instructions for speeding up old windows machines can be found here. These instructions tell you how to prevent unnecessary processes running at startup. Thereby resulting in fewer overheads and more available memory for the machine.
